By using Mediamorphy (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The service

Mediamorphy is a free tool that converts video and audio files entirely within your web browser. Conversion happens on your own device; your files are not uploaded to any server. The Service is provided for your personal and lawful use.

Provided "as is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any conversion will produce a particular result. Always keep a copy of your original files.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the files you convert. You must not use the Service to process content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, or violates any applicable law or regulation.

Rights in your media

You represent and warrant that, for every file you convert with the Service, you own or otherwise hold all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to reproduce and convert that media in the manner you choose. You accept sole responsibility and liability for any conversion carried out without such rights.

No circumvention of technological protection measures

You must not use the Service to remove, bypass, or otherwise circumvent any digital rights management ("DRM") or other technological protection measure that controls access to or copying of a work, and you must not convert media whose protection you are not legally entitled to disable. Circumventing such measures may violate applicable law — including, in the Republic of Korea, Article 104-2 of the Copyright Act — and is strictly prohibited. The Service is not designed or intended for, and must not be used for, DRM circumvention.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mediamorphy and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
